The Early Childhood Alliance (ECA) has the following opening:


Description: Early Childhood Alliance is seeking a professional to join the organization as Development Director with overall responsibility for managing and implementing the agency’s campaign efforts. The Development Director creates and directs strategic development plans and manages the short and long-range development strategies, supporting the Board Development Committee in these activities. This position is responsible for building awareness of the mission and increasing visibility of ECA with an emphasis on building new and cultivating current donor relations.

Position requires extensive knowledge and experience in fund development, annual campaign programs and donor relations. Proven ability to develop relationships and to raise significant financial support for Early Childhood Alliance.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum three years of experience. CFRE credential preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Salary commensurate with experience. Position is located in Fort Wayne, IN.
