Job Description: A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE LOOKING TO HELP SUPPORT LOCAL ARTS! The Patron Services Associate is responsible for processing patron ticket orders, exchanges, special ticket requests and donations received with ticket purchases, including cash handling, and accurate computer entry. Customer service responsibilities include greeting all guests at The Phil Center and handling patron complaints and concerns. This position also provides support to the Patron Relations Manager as directed. Estimated schedule is 20-25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
Job Qualifications: We are looking for someone who understands the importance of symphonic music to the local community and the patrons who support us. Potential hires whose schedules allow for 4 to 5 consecutive hours to work will have priority consideration. Detailed resumes will also have priority considerations.
Salary: $9.25 per hour. Benefits include paid vacation, holiday and sick leave.
Approximate Hours Per Week: 20-25 hours per week. Some weekends when there is a performance.
Travel: Must have reliable transportation to venue locations in Fort Wayne. (Embassy Theatre, Arts United, Rhinehart Music Building on IPFW campus, First Wayne Street United Methodist Church, etc.)
