Foellinger Foundation held their Language of Leadership conference in October 2015. It was a huge success and provided an opportunity for “coaching and connecting local nonprofit leaders.” The conference theme was on adaptive leadership and included world-renowned speakers, such as Dr. Ronald Heifetz, Founding Director of the Center for Public Leadership, Harvard Kennedy School. Foellinger Foundation, approaching their 60th year, has been and continues to be an important asset in our community. They are dedicated to investing in local nonprofits and believe lessons in adaptive leadership “have the power to transform the way Allen County gives and grows.”
Three “Inspiring Leaders” videos were created by Foellinger Foundation as a result of the lessons learned during the Language of Leadership October 2015 conference. We invite you to watch the short clips of three talented Allen County nonprofit leaders.
