1. HomeWorks Manager

Summary

Habitat for Humanity’s HomeWorks Manager plays a vital role in the organization’s success as the primary developer and manager of future homeowners’ recruitment, application processing, orientation, education and tracking. The individual in this role must be flexible and have a broad skill set. Excellent customer service and the ability to adapt and quickly learn new skills will be required for this position. The best candidate will have effective communication skills and enjoy working in a flexible and fast-paced environment with a diverse group of individuals.

2. HomeWorks Administrative Assistant

Summary

The Administrative Assistant for Habitat for Humanity’s HomeWorks division plays a vital role in its success as the first person the general community will come into contact with at the organization. This position is multi-faceted in day-to-day duties, so the individual in this role must be flexible and have a broad skill set. Customer service and the ability to quickly learn and disseminate information to a variety of individuals on a variety of topics will be required for this position. The best candidate will have ability to work in a fast paced environment with a diverse group of individuals, and be able to communicate effectively.

-Part-time; Approximately 20 hrs/week

3. Executive Assistant

Summary

The Executive Assistant provides support for all members of the executive team. This position requires an individual with great organizational skills and the ability to take on multiple projects at one time. Adaptability to an ever-changing work environment with a varied demographic of people will enable success in the role. Habitat for Humanity is a complex organization requiring team members who can learn and retain a wide variety of information and disseminate effectively to different parties. The range of work will vary from general office support and data entry, to project management and fundraising support for events and the development team.

-Part-time; Approximately 28 hrs/week
