Job Opportunities: Health Educator and Graphic Design at McMillen Center for Health Education

Health Educator – Full or Part Time 

The McMillen Center for Health Education is seeking energetic professionals to teach health education programs in both face-to-face and interactive videoconferencing teaching formats. These positions are 10 month positions, may be 15-40 hours per week and will involve travel.

The successful applicant will hold a 4 year degree in education, community health, health science or other health-related field and will have 2 years of teaching experience. Graphic Design Associate  — Part Time, 30 hours per week

The McMillen Center for Health Education seeks a dynamic, self-starter with experience in marketing communications or sales support. The Graphic Design Associate will design marketing campaigns for newsletters, publications and website content using InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Good typography, layout design and production skills required. Knowledge about standard commercial printing processes and capability to write and edit for print and web, desired.

The successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications or marketing and 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced, office environment. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and have a strong attention to detail.
