This month you’ll learn about reliable resources for the statistics, data and research you need to deliver an effective community program.
We’ll look at sources for federal and state government data, as well as for social sector research. Expect a quick overview of online access to the Census, STATSIndiana, PubHub and more.
Because the class is only an hour, we’ll emphasize where to go for what kind of information over how to use each website or tool. We do have resources available on how to use the tools.
We are not meeting in the computer lab. Handouts will incorporate limited screen shots, sufficient to remind you how to use the sites if you take good notes. You are welcome to bring a laptop if you have one.
4:00 to 5:00, Meeting Room B
