You asked for it and here it is!! A region-wide salary survey. Don’t miss your chance!
Nonprofits in northeast Indiana have ten days left to be a part of the Northeast Indiana Nonprofit Salary Survey, a collaboration between the United Ways and Community Foundations across 11 northeast Indiana counties, including Allen County.
To receive a survey link by e-mail from Charitable Advisors, send a message to Lisa at survey@charitableadvisors.com.
The survey is pretty short and should only take from 10 to 15 minutes to complete if you already have access to benefits information and executive and management position salaries.
All 501(c)3 nonprofits — except for colleges/universities, hospitals and schools — are eligible. Responses are confidential and there is no cost to participate in the survey (or to access the final report.)
Local salary surveys are commonly used in the business, but rarely seen in the nonprofit world. This survey will build and share salary and benefit information to help nonprofits across northeast Indiana attract and retain high quality leadership. Your participation is needed!
Will we be able to know the outcomes of this survey?
Absolutely! We’re excited to be able to share the results once compiled by Charitable Advisors.
